Merchandiser Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train a team of merchandisers to ensure high-quality product displays and adherence to company guidelines
- Develop effective visual merchandising strategies that align with company objectives
- Monitor inventory levels and work with purchasing team to ensure timely replenishment of products
- Collaborate with marketing team to plan and execute promotional displays
- Conduct regular store visits to assess display standards and provide feedback to store managers
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to develop innovative visual merchandising ideas
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvements in product placement and displays
- Conduct performance evaluations of merchandisers and provide guidance for professional development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Merchandising or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail environment
- Proven experience in supervising a team and achieving results through effective leadership skills
- Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and marketing principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and ability to think outside the box
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of visual design software is a plus
