Job Title: Indian Merchandiser in Riyadh


We are seeking an experienced Indian Merchandiser to join our team in Riyadh. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and executing product displays and promotions to increase sales and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to attract customers and promote products
- Collaborate with sales team to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust merchandising plans as needed
- Ensure all products are displayed in an organized, visually appealing manner
- Monitor competitor's merchandising strategies and make recommendations for improvement
- Train store staff on merchandising techniques and product knowledge
- Maintain inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or overages to management
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards

Requirements:
- Indian nationality (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in a retail environment
- Proven track record of increasing sales through effective merchandising strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to work in Riyadh without accommodation
