House Manager
As a House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a household in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure that the household runs efficiently and smoothly, managing staff, budgets, and schedules. This position requires excellent communication skills, as you will be working closely with the household owner and other staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the household including cleaning, cooking, shopping, and maintenance
- Hire and train household staff to ensure their performance meets expectations
- Create schedules for household tasks and delegate responsibilities to staff accordingly
- Maintain household budgets and manage expenses
- Communicate regularly with the household owner to ensure their needs are met
- Oversee special events and gatherings held at the residence
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise in the household
- Maintain confidentiality at all times regarding the family's personal information
- Ensure the security of the property by implementing safety protocols
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a House Manager or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
- Must have own visa to work in Abu Dhabi
