Housekeeping Supervisor


We are a reputable cleaning service company based in Doha, currently seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing our team of cleaners and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. This position is open to Indian nationals with experience in housekeeping or similar roles.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train a team of cleaners, ensuring they are following company policies and procedures
- Assign tasks and duties to staff based on their skills and availability
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all areas are clean and well-maintained
- Order cleaning supplies and equipment as needed
- Maintain inventory of cleaning materials and report any shortages or damages
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Create work schedules for the team, taking into account peak hours and special requests from clients
- Train new employees on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Indian national with experience in housekeeping or similar roles
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning industry
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy objects as needed

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position (20 hours per week) with flexible working hours. The salary for this role is 1400$ per month. Please note that this is not an English-speaking job, however good English communication skills are required for this role.
