Industrial Engineer - Lusail, Qatar (Malayalee preferred)


We are hiring an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient systems and processes in our manufacturing facility. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and a background in industrial engineering.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement systems to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality control
- Conduct time studies and design work methods to optimize productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements
- Monitor production data to identify trends and make recommendations for process changes
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Train production staff on new processes and procedures
- Conduct safety assessments and provide recommendations for safety improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software, statistical analysis tools, and project management software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies is preferred
- Fluency in Malayalam is preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.
