Job Title: Industrial Engineer - Process Improvement Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for improvement in production processes.
- Develop and implement plans to streamline production, reduce waste, and increase output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas of concern.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for all production processes.
- Train and educate employees on new processes and procedures.
- Lead continuous improvement projects to drive cost savings, quality improvements, and increased efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in process improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in process improvement within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Salary: 1100$ per month
