As a retail sales associate, your role will involve providing exceptional customer service and driving sales to meet and exceed targets. Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with product inquiries, provide recommendations, and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the shopping experience
- Actively drive sales by promoting current promotions and upselling products
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Keep up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively communicate key features and benefits to customers
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store goals

Requirements:
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Fluency in Hindi would be an asset
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
