Indian Waiter in Jeddah

We are hiring a friendly and experienced Indian Waiter to join our team in Jeddah. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English
- Previous experience as a waiter is not required but is preferred
- Must be able to work on a contract basis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus, make recommendations, and take accurate orders from customers
- Serve food and beverages to customers according to established standards
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and provide resolutions when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, including setting up tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables for the next guests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
