Job Title: Waiter/Waitress



A renowned restaurant in Riyadh is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our team. We are looking for someone who is fluent in English and has a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, take their orders and answer any questions they may have.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to customers.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
- Upsell menu items and suggestively sell add-ons to enhance the dining experience.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, ensuring tables are set up properly and stocked with necessary items.
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required.
- Fluent in English with good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well within a team as well as independently.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
