Job Title: Project Manager

As a Project Manager at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including timelines, resources, and budget allocation
- Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet objectives
- Communicate project status updates to clients and stakeholders
- Identify potential risks or issues that may impact project success and develop contingency plans
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to review progress and address any concerns
- Provide guidance and support to team members when needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a similar industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in project management software
- Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification is an asset
- Experience working in Dubai or the UAE market
