Indian Wedding Planner in Medina


We are searching for a talented and experienced Indian wedding planner to join our team in Medina. As a wedding planner, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable and seamless wedding experiences for our clients. This position requires extensive knowledge of Indian weddings, as well as strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and budget
- Recommend vendors and venues based on client preferences
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage all vendor relationships
- Create detailed timelines and schedules for the wedding day
- Coordinate all aspects of the wedding, including decorations, catering, entertainment, and transportation
- Manage the budget and ensure all expenses stay within budget limits
- Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during the planning process or on the wedding day

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with experience in planning Indian weddings
- Previous experience as a wedding planner is required
- Strong understanding of traditional Indian customs, rituals, and traditions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with biometric passport processes is preferred

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.
