Administrative Director for Indian Expats in Medina
Our company is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Administrative Director to join our team in Medina. As an Indian expat, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative functions within the company. This includes supervising administrative staff, maintaining office procedures, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role with strong leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure. As this position is for Indian expats, proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative functions within the company
- Supervise and train administrative staff
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Manage schedules and appointments for senior management
- Ensure smooth communication between departments and external parties
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
