Administrative Assistant
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Lusail. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and redirect calls as needed
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Monitor office supplies inventory, place orders when necessary
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data as needed
- Manage office expenses and keep track of invoices for payments
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality on sensitive information
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Salary: $900 per month
