Industrial Engineer - Contract Position (Malayalees preferred)

A leading industrial company in Ar-Ruwais is seeking experienced Industrial Engineers for a contract position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering principles and techniques, with the ability to apply them in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Malayalam is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure high standards are met
- Conduct time studies, create work schedules, and monitor production progress to meet deadlines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design new products or improve existing ones
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create technical drawings and schematics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an industrial engineering role
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control techniques, and lean manufacturing principles
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
