Head Chef
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in Ar-Ruwais, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a creative approach to menu planning, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu development, food preparation, and staff management. You must have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting. A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts is preferred. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Malayalam or Arabic is a plus. This role offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
As our Head Chef, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation while managing the kitchen budget and inventory. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring our kitchen staff to ensure consistency and efficiency. The ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations is crucial in this role.
