Waiter/Waitress at a Fine Dining Restaurant in El-Ain, Egypt


We are seeking skilled and experienced Waiters/Waitresses to join our team at a fine dining restaurant in El-Ain, Egypt. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with seating
- Present menus and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicate any dietary restrictions or special requests to the kitchen
- Serve food and drinks promptly and with care
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a waiter/waitress in a fine dining restaurant
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Ability to provide top-notch customer service even under pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy in taking orders and handling payments
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
