We are seeking a talented and motivated Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing product displays and marketing strategies to increase sales and meet customer demands. This position requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute product displays, promotions, and visual merchandising strategies in alignment with company objectives
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and demands
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and production to develop effective merchandising plans
- Maintain inventory levels and monitor stock movement to ensure adequate supply for customers
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize product placement and pricing
- Negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and timely delivery of products
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to make strategic recommendations
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising guidelines
- Participate in trade shows or events to showcase products and build relationships with potential customers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and consumer behavior
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel for work purposes if necessary
