We are seeking a qualified English Tutor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing individualized instruction to students of various ages and levels in the English language.

Responsibilities:
- Develop lesson plans and materials that cater to the specific needs and goals of each student
- Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with students
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and guidance for improvement
- Communicate with parents or guardians to discuss student progress and address any concerns
- Stay up-to-date with current teaching methods and techniques, incorporating them into lessons as appropriate
- Collaborate with other tutors and staff to ensure consistency in teaching approach and curriculum
- Utilize technology and multimedia resources to enhance learning experience
- Participate in training sessions or workshops as required by the company

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an English tutor or teacher, preferably with ESL students
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt teaching style to meet individual needs
- Passion for teaching and helping others improve their language skills
- Familiarity with different teaching methods and techniques, including using technology in the classroom
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed

Salary:
As an Indian national working in Al-Kuwait, you can expect a salary of approximately 1700$ per month. This may vary based on qualifications and experience.
