We are seeking a skilled and experienced Farmer to join our farming team in Abu Dhabi. As a Farmer, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the farm, including crop production, animal care, and maintenance of equipment and buildings. This is a physically demanding role that requires extensive knowledge of farming techniques and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all farming activities such as planting, irrigation, harvesting, and pest control
- Monitor crop health and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal growth
- Care for livestock including feeding, breeding, and medical care
- Maintain farm equipment and buildings to ensure they are in good working condition
- Keep accurate records of production and expenses
- Supervise farm workers and provide guidance as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in farming techniques

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Farmer or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of farming practices, crop rotation, irrigation methods, etc.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in all weather conditions
- Ability to operate farm equipment such as tractors, harvesters, etc.
- Good communication skills to effectively communicate with other team members
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: 1400$ per month

This job is suitable for men of any nationality who have experience in farming. English proficiency is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided on the farm.
