Project Manager

Responsibilities:
- Create project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Identify project goals, objectives, and deliverables
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders
- Manage project resources effectively
- Monitor project risks and issues and develop contingency plans
- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure all tasks are on track
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope and meet quality standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall

Preferred:
- Experience working with Malayalee or Egyptian clients or teams
- Experience managing projects for non-native English speakers
- Familiarity with biometric passport systems
