Supply Manager

As a Supply Manager in our company, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the supply chain process. This includes purchasing, inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationships. We are seeking an efficient and detail-oriented individual to ensure that our supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for production needs
- Coordinate with production team to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Track and analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement
- Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or delivery times
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to the supply chain process
- Manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance and support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in supply chain management or procurement
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships with suppliers
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of supply chain software and systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
- Must be willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on an urgent basis.
