Inventory Manager


We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Inventory Manager to join our team in Riyadh. As the Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our inventory, including procurement, storage, and distribution. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our inventory is accurate, well-organized, and efficiently managed.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory management policies and procedures
- Oversee the procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of inventory
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is maintained at all times
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast inventory needs
- Manage the storage of inventory in a safe and organized manner
- Monitor product expiration dates and coordinate with relevant departments for timely disposal or replenishment
- Develop strategies to optimize inventory turnover rate and minimize waste
- Train and supervise inventory staff to ensure proper handling of products
- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and other relevant metrics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management or related field
- Proven work experience as an Inventory Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, methods, and best practices
- Experience with procurement processes and vendor management
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using inventory management software systems
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Salary:
1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Riyadh (accommodation provided)

Employment Type:
Contract (with possibility of extension)

Nationality Preference:
Malayalees preferred but open to all nationalities

Language Requirement:
English proficiency is not required but considered a plus
