Call Center Representative (Malayalee) - Full Time, Medina


We are hiring Malayalee candidates for full-time Call Center Representative positions in Medina. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Making outbound calls to follow up with customers, provide information and resolve issues.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate channels.
- Providing excellent customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and finding solutions.
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge in order to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Must be a native Malayalee or have proficiency in the Malayalam language.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required.
