Indian Executive Chef - Seasonal Position in Ar-Ruwais
We are currently hiring an Indian Executive Chef for a seasonal position in Ar-Ruwais. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality meals to our customers.
Your main duties will include planning menus, creating new and innovative dishes, managing inventory and ordering supplies, training and supervising kitchen staff, maintaining food safety standards, and monitoring food costs. You must have a strong understanding of Indian cuisine and be able to create authentic dishes with a modern twist.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent leadership skills, be highly organized, and have a passion for creating delicious food. Previous experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a busy restaurant or hotel is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn.
This is a seasonal position with a salary of 1800$ per month. Accommodation is not provided, so we prefer candidates who already reside in Ar-Ruwais or are willing to relocate at their own expense. This job does not require English proficiency as our kitchen staff primarily consists of Indian nationals.
