Art Director for Creative Agency


We are a dynamic and innovative creative agency based in Ar-Ruwais, seeking a talented Art Director to join our team. As an Art Director, you will work closely with our creative team to conceptualize and execute visual designs that communicate our clients' brand message effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and implement creative concepts for various projects
- Lead brainstorming sessions and provide creative direction to the team
- Present design ideas and concepts to clients, incorporating their feedback into final designs
- Ensure all visual designs are aligned with the client's brand message and objectives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and delivering high-quality work
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and technology related to design and marketing

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar role in a creative agency
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong conceptual thinking skills with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A portfolio showcasing previous design projects

Preferred:
- Experience working with clients in the advertising or marketing industry
- Knowledge of motion graphics software (After Effects)
- Fluency in Malayalam or Hindi is preferred but not required
