Retail Sales Associate

A well-established retail store in Al-Rayyan is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized, and maximizing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Receive and stock merchandise according to company standards
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions
- Meet sales targets set by management

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Strong selling skills with a customer-focused approach
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends

Salary: 1000$ per month

Location: Al-Rayyan (candidate must be currently residing in Qatar)

Note: This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must have their own accommodation arrangements.
