Hotel Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Hotel Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the hotel operations including guest services, staff management, budgeting, and marketing. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay while maximizing revenue and maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, sales and marketing
- Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality of service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
- Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate staff performance
- Create and maintain budgets and financial records
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Collaborate with other departments such as accounting, human resources, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or relevant role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software (e.g. Opera)
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial planning
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Indian languages is a plus
