A reputable medical facility is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for drawing blood from patients for various medical tests and procedures. We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of medical procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Collect blood samples from patients using proper venipuncture techniques
- Label and store blood samples for laboratory analysis
- Verify patient information and ensure proper identification before drawing blood
- Monitor and record patient vital signs during the procedure
- Provide patients with instructions for preparing for blood tests
- Maintain accurate records of all blood draws and testing results
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care

Requirements:
- Valid certification as a Phlebotomist or Medical Assistant
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures related to phlebotomy
- Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations with poise
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions
- Comfortable working with diverse patient populations
- Indian nationality preferred
