Waiter/Waitress


We are currently hiring for the position of a Waiter/Waitress to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that the customers have a pleasant dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about menu items
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to customers
- Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals
- Handle customer complaints or issues with tact and professionalism
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with setting up tables, preparing condiments, and other tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Malayalee nationality preferred
- Ability to communicate in basic English is an advantage, but not required
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is not required but is preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Good multitasking skills
- Able to work well in a team environment

Salary:
1200$ per month
