Job Title: Merchandiser Supervisor

We are a leading retail company in Sharjah, currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser Supervisor to join our team. As a Merchandiser Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the merchandising process and ensuring that our products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise the merchandising team and assign tasks accordingly
- Train new merchandisers on company standards and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation
- Collaborate with buyers to plan product displays and promotions
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual displays meet company standards
- Communicate any issues or concerns to upper management
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor's products

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of retail merchandising techniques and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail with a creative eye for display aesthetics
- Must be able to work full-time with flexible hours
