Merchandiser (Khawr Fakkan, India)

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted in a visually appealing and organized manner. You will work closely with the sales team to analyze sales data and market trends in order to make informed decisions about product placement and promotions. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales team to determine the most effective product placement strategies
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions about product assortment, pricing, and promotions
- Create eye-catching displays that attract customers' attention and highlight key products
- Ensure that all products are properly stocked, priced, and labeled according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the appropriate teams
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional events or campaigns
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure that visual merchandising standards are being met
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and provide feedback as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in order to make strategic recommendations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in retail or fashion industry preferred
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising concepts and techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics
- Familiarity with retail software and POS systems
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Indian nationality preferred, but all nationalities are welcome to apply
- Prior experience or knowledge of Khawr Fakkan market is a plus

Salary:
