Legal Adviser

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Adviser to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Legal Adviser, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to clients, as well as representing them in legal proceedings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of laws and regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on various matters
- Conduct legal research and analyze data to support clients' cases
- Draft legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
- Maintain updated knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends
- Build strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with legal requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
- Proven experience as a Legal Adviser or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Prior experience working with Pakistani clients preferred
- Full-time availability without accommodation provided
- Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate
