As a Bilingual Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from English and Malayalam speaking customers. You will provide excellent customer service by addressing their inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently. In addition, you will also be required to assist customers with product or service information, process orders and payments, and update customer accounts.

Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Malayalam (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills

- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary:
