Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security assessments and identify potential risks
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms, respond to any security breaches
- Conduct investigations into incidents or breaches of security
- Liaise with law enforcement agencies if required
- Train and educate employees on security best practices
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in security technology

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Experience working in high-risk environments
- Relevant certifications or training in security operations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and make quick decisions
- Physically fit and able to perform duties such as patrolling, standing for long periods, etc.
- Must be able to speak Hindi or another Indian language fluently
