As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily administrative tasks of our company. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$, perfect for Egyptian nationals looking for English speaking jobs in the region.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and maintaining records
- Communicate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Assist with budget management by tracking expenses and creating reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an administrative coordinator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills in English
- Biometric passport required for visa purposes
