Job Title: Creative Art Director


We are seeking a talented and dynamic Creative Art Director to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and visual concept of various projects. This position requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and team members to develop creative concepts and strategies for various projects
- Manage and lead a team of designers, ensuring that their work meets the highest standards of quality and creativity
- Provide guidance, direction, and feedback to designers throughout the creative process
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines for consistent visual representation across all platforms
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts
- Oversee the production of designs from conception to final product
- Work closely with other departments such as marketing, copywriting, and production to ensure cohesive and effective designs

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative role
- Strong portfolio showcasing your creative vision, design skills, and ability to lead a team
- Excellent knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Understanding of branding principles and ability to implement them in designs
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively to clients and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Experience working in an agency setting or with clients from various industries
- Knowledge of Arabic language is a plus

Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
