Administrative Director for Pakistani Nationals in Al-Wakra, Qatar
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Director to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As the administrative director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company and ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
- Manage and supervise a team of administrative staff
- Ensure proper record keeping and documentation of company activities
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Oversee office budget and handle financial reports
- Handle employee relations, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Plan and organize company events such as meetings, conferences, and workshops
Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with accounting procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Al-Wakra, Qatar
This is a part-time position without accommodation. We offer free visa sponsorship and round-trip ticket to Qatar.
