Waiter/Waitress in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

Our restaurant in Jeddah is seeking a skilled and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient service. This is a great opportunity for those who are looking for an entry-level position in the food service industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders and accurately enter them into the system
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure all orders are prepared correctly and served at the right temperature
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
- Handle any customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, etc.
- Assist with setting up tables and restocking supplies as needed
- Process payments using POS system accurately
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety, sanitation, and hygiene

Requirements:
- Must be Pakistani or Malayalee nationality
- No previous experience required; training will be provided
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must have valid work visa for Saudi Arabia (free visa will be provided)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Salary:
Starting salary of $1200 per month with potential for increase based on performance.
