Housekeeping Supervisor
The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping staff in a busy hotel in Al Fahahil, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are kept clean and well-maintained. They will be responsible for training and managing a team of cleaners, maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, and ensuring that all guest requests are fulfilled promptly. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. This position is open to Indian nationals with their own visa.

As the Housekeeping Supervisor, your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Supervising and managing a team of cleaners to ensure that all rooms and public areas are cleaned according to hotel standards
- Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
- Training new staff members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and hotel policies
- Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and submitting orders when needed
- Addressing any guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services promptly
- Collaborating with other department heads to ensure smooth operations throughout the hotel

The ideal candidate for this position should have:

- At least 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in a hotel setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety procedures
- Attention to detail and a high level of organization
