Entry-Level Office Assistant
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Entry-Level Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, Egypt. As an Entry-Level Office Assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support our office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and redirect them as necessary
- Assist with organizing and maintaining files and documents
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages as needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Perform data entry tasks as assigned
- Provide general administrative support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Experience in an office setting is a plus, but not required - we are willing to train the right candidate!
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
