Job Title: Sailor 1st Class - El-Fujairah


We are currently hiring for a Sailor 1st Class to join our crew in the bustling port city of El-Fujairah. Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced individual to help navigate our vessels and ensure the safe transport of goods and passengers.

As a Sailor 1st Class, you will be responsible for maintaining and operating all equipment on board, performing routine maintenance and repairs, and following strict safety protocols. You will also work closely with the captain and other crew members to assist with navigation, mooring, anchoring, and other tasks as needed.

This position requires strong communication skills as you will be working closely with other crew members from various nationalities. English proficiency is a must, as well as experience in marine operations. We are looking for someone who can handle high-pressure situations, think quickly on their feet, and work well in a team environment.

The ideal candidate for this role should have at least three years of experience as a sailor 2nd class or equivalent. A valid seafarer's license is required, along with any additional certifications or training relevant to the role. Basic knowledge of engineering principles is also preferred.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month. While we do not provide accommodation for our employees, we offer competitive compensation packages including medical insurance and annual leave. As this job requires frequent travel by sea, please note that there may be times when you are away from home for extended periods.
