Logistics Coordinator

Our growing logistics company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the transportation and distribution of goods and materials for our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the shipment of goods and materials for clients, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to track shipments and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing team to ensure timely reordering of materials
- Work closely with warehouse team to ensure proper storage and handling of goods
- Prepare shipping documents, such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, customs procedures, and international shipping processes
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid driver's license is preferred
