Inventory Manager - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are currently seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management, including tracking inventory levels, forecasting demand, and ensuring timely and accurate stock replenishment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels and meet customer demands
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock movement to ensure timely replenishment
- Collaborate with purchasing department to maintain optimal stock levels while minimizing excess inventory
- Analyze data and forecast demand to identify potential risks or opportunities for cost reduction
- Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure accurate receiving, storage, and fulfillment of products
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize loss or damage of products
- Train and supervise inventory staff to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management processes
- Conduct regular physical inventories and reconcile any discrepancies with system records

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an Inventory Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory management principles
- Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions based on insights
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise a team effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Hindi is a plus)
- Must have own visa for employment in Saudi Arabia
