Call Center Representative (Indian Nationals)



We are currently seeking Indian nationals to join our dynamic team as Call Center Representatives in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by answering inbound calls and assisting customers with their inquiries, complaints, and requests.

Salary:

The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

Job Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide efficient and professional responses to their inquiries.
- Listen actively to customers’ concerns and resolve any issues they may have.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments.
- Provide information about our products or services to potential or existing customers.
- Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding set performance goals.
- Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions.

Requirements:

- Indian nationality with valid residence permit in Saudi Arabia (own visa).
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
- Good problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
