Art Director - Creative Design (English Speaking)


We are seeking a talented and creative Art Director to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As the Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the creative design process, from concept development to final execution. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of designers to ensure high-quality and innovative designs
- Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the company's goals and brand identity
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver effective design solutions
- Collaborate with various departments including marketing, sales, and production to ensure cohesive brand messaging
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to bring fresh ideas to the table
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide constructive feedback for growth

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar role
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire creativity within a team
- A portfolio showcasing previous design projects is required
