Job Title: Wedding Planner


A prestigious wedding planning company in Doha is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wedding Planner to join our team. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for creating and executing flawless weddings for our clients, ensuring that their special day is everything they have dreamed of. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their vision for the wedding and determine their budget
- Research and recommend suitable venues, vendors, and services based on the client's preferences and budget
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure the best deals for our clients
- Create detailed event timelines and manage all aspects of the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Coordinate with vendors, such as caterers, florists, photographers, etc. to ensure all services are delivered as promised
- Assist in selecting decorations, themes, and color schemes for the wedding
- Attend rehearsals and provide on-site coordination during the wedding day to handle any unexpected issues or last-minute changes

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Wedding Planner or in a similar role in the events industry
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with different cultures and customs related to weddings
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not required
