Industrial Engineer

We are urgently seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our manufacturing processes, increasing efficiency, and reducing costs. You will also be involved in developing new production methods and implementing quality control measures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting time and motion studies to identify areas for improvement in production processes
- Analyzing data and making recommendations for process improvements and cost reduction
- Developing new production methods to increase efficiency and productivity
- Implementing quality control measures to ensure high-quality products are being produced
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products
- Providing training and support to production teams on new processes and methods

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing setting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations for improvement
- Proficient in using industrial engineering software such as CAD or AutoCAD
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (knowledge of Hindi is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month.
