We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Africa. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is consistently delivered to our guests. Your duties will include menu planning, food preparation, and supervising kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating delicious and innovative dishes. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600$, accommodation, free visa and ticket, making it an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to gain experience in the culinary field in Africa.

Responsibilities:
- Create menus that are both creative and cost-effective
- Oversee food preparation and ensure consistent quality
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
- Monitor food costs and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into menu planning
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints related to food quality or service

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong understanding of food preparation techniques
- Creativity in developing new dishes while also being able to maintain classic favorites
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English is required

Education:
A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts is preferred but not required. Relevant work experience will also be considered.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
