We are looking for a talented and creative Art Director to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all visual aspects of our projects, from concept development to final execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and creative team to develop concepts and strategies for various projects
- Manage a team of designers and ensure quality and consistency in all visual elements
- Develop design guidelines and standards to maintain brand identity across all materials
- Create and present design proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback into the final product
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve design processes
- Oversee the production process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs
- Work closely with other departments such as marketing, copywriting, and production to ensure cohesive visual elements in all materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role in a creative agency or in-house team
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preference:
This position is open for Indian or Pakistani nationals who have experience working as an Art Director. Fluency in English is not required but would be considered a plus. This is a part-time position with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.

Salary:
We are offering a salary of 1200$ per month for this position. Salary may be negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
