Housekeeping Manager



We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping department in Al-Rayyan. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement cleaning schedules for all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and identify any maintenance needs
- Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping services
- Maintain records of room occupancy, expenses, and inventories
- Prepare monthly reports for upper management on department performance
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high quality standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel setting
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, equipment, and products
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar.

Nationality preference:
This position is open to Indian nationals.
